Will Smith visits Egypt Today

While trying to advance tourism and bolster outsiders' visits to Egypt, American film star Will Smith touched base to Egypt on Sunday morning with his family for a short visit, as indicated by an announcement distributed by the Ministry of Antiquities' legitimate Facebook page.

The big name arrived in Cairo early morning, where he ate at the pyramids with famous excavator Zahi Hawas, before taking a two-hour voyage through the Sphinx and the Pyramids of Giza. Hawas and Smith met before day break and got the chance to witness the dawn over the pyramids.

With nine of his relatives, Smith tuned in to Hawas informing him regarding the privileged insights of the pyramids and the shrouded legacy which is as yet being found well ordered.

The visit included individuals from the Ministry of Antiquities, including Ashraf Mohy El-Den, chief general of the Giza Plateau, who depicted Smith's wonder while investigating the area.8-1-3

"Smith was inspired with the Pharaoh's legacy, and he expressed that he was fixated on it as far back as he was a little child and constantly longed for being an Egyptologist keeping in mind the end goal to find the insider facts of the Pharaohs," Mohy said.

Hawas communicated his joy about Smith's visit to Egypt, particularly since it came 10 years after Hawas had welcomed him to come to Egypt, after they had met without precedent for 2006 when they were both chosen to be among Time magazine's 100 Most Influential People.

The previous Minister of Antiquities told exclusive daily paper Al-Youm Al-Sabaa that Smith respectfully expressed that "this visit is the best trek he has ever taken in his life and that Egypt is more excellent than he had anticipated."

Smith was selected for the Oscars twice. The first run through was in 2002 for his film "Ali." The second time was in 2007 for his driving part in "The Pursuit of Happiness."
